1. Pomodoro but with a Twist
Have you heard the advice:
work 20m, then take a break, and then start again.
Let’s be real, you already know what is about to unfold after that first break. You do one small thing, then another, and then another, and then you are binge-watching an entire series.
Your brain started context switching like CPU, and suddenly boom original task is poof / gone.

Here is the hack -> keep the timer for 20m and when the clock hits 20, restart it- no break. Let us fool our brains before it fools us once again.
2. Do not mix business and pleasure
Make sure Netflix Prime / HotStar any other app is not on your laptop where you work.

It is the same reason eating every meal at your work desk feels wrong. Your brain starts mixing signals. The space stops meaning one thing.
Fun should live somewhere else. Another room. Another device. Another context.
Anything but your main work setup.
Just make it a rule - trust me bro/sis/person it works. And if you have already f-ed up by mixing work and pleasure, fix it ASAP! Following may help:
- remove streaming apps from your work device
- log out of entertainment accounts
- block those websites if needed
3. Binge Watching for hours

Just take a break, like literally.
Fool and tell yourself: “I just need 10 minutes. I’ll come back after I water the plants or check something quickly - max 10 minutes.”
There is a high probability your brain will latch onto something else and the binge loop will break on its own. You’re welcome.
